Amalia Home Collection's Maria collection is made for a serene, quietly luminous bed, where the natural sheen of silk needs little ornament. Woven as a sateen from pure mulberry silk, these pillowcases have a deep natural luster and a fluid, cool touch.
Fine piping finishes one side of each pillowcase. They put the fabric's finish exactly where you rest each night. Sold as a pair, in Natural, Pink and Silver. Made in Portugal.

The Art of Mulberry Silk
Mulberry silk comes from silkworms raised on a diet of mulberry leaves, which produce a long, unusually uniform filament. Those continuous fibers give the cloth its even sheen and a smoothness that short-fibered materials cannot match. As a protein fiber, silk also breathes and buffers temperature, staying cool in summer and comfortable in cooler months.
