Shipping Coverage Area

Vellum Bedding ships exclusively within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation within minutes. This confirms we've received your order and your payment has been processed. Please review the details carefully and contact us right away if anything needs to be corrected.

Order Processing Time

Every order is carefully verified and prepared before it leaves our facility. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your package in real time directly on the carrier's website. If your tracking link isn't active immediately, give it a few hours to update.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in transit. From the time you place your order, you can expect delivery within 7–12 business days total under normal conditions. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location within the Continental U.S.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier used for your order is selected based on your location, package size, and what will get your order to you most reliably. All carriers we partner with are fully trackable from the moment your order leaves our hands.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, factors outside our control — including high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or severe weather — can affect delivery timelines. If your order is impacted, we won't leave you in the dark. We proactively notify customers if a delay occurs and work quickly to provide an updated delivery estimate. If your item is ever found to be out of stock after your order is placed, we'll contact you directly with options and a clear timeline.
