Description
Amalia Home Collection's Vila Flor collection brings delicate vines and blossoming florals to the bed. Woven as a 430-thread-count printed sateen from Giza 94 Egyptian cotton, this Euro sham has a smooth, cool hand, a soft sheen and a fluid drape.
A flange finished with satin stitching frames all four sides of the sham. The square Euro sham adds height and depth when layered behind standard pillows. Sold individually, in Primavera and Ardosia. Made in Portugal.

The Art of Printed Sateen
Sateen is woven so that most of the yarn floats on the face of the cloth, passing over several threads before dipping under one, which gives a surface that is smooth to the touch and softly lustrous. That smooth, closely woven face is also an ideal ground for printing, holding fine lines and soft color gradations crisply. Woven from long-staple Giza 94 Egyptian cotton, the cloth stays soft and resists pilling as it is laundered.
