Amalia Home Collection's Sublime collection is the most finely woven in the range, made for depth, softness and a luminous finish. Woven as a 2000-thread-count sateen from Giza 45 Egyptian cotton, this fitted sheet has a smooth, cool hand, a soft sheen and a fluid drape.
A deep 17-inch pocket with elastic all around keeps the sheet smooth and secure on thicker mattresses. It sits smooth and close across the mattress beneath the rest of the bed. Offered in White. Made in Portugal.

The Art of Sateen
Sateen is woven so that most of the yarn floats on the face of the cloth, passing over several threads before dipping under one, which gives a surface that catches light and feels smooth rather than crisp. Giza 45 is an extra-long-staple Egyptian cotton grown in very small quantities and prized for its fineness. Spun into the very fine yarns a high-thread-count sateen needs, it produces a cloth with an unusually soft hand and a deep, even sheen.
