Description
Amalia Home Collection's Dalia collection is defined by a bright satin stitch and a luminous sheen. Woven as an 800-thread-count sateen from Giza 92 Egyptian cotton, this flat sheet has a smooth, cool hand, a soft sheen and a fluid drape.
Bright satin stitching runs across the hem at the top of the sheet. The finished edge shows to best effect when the sheet is turned down over a blanket or duvet. Offered in White Silver, White Rose, Cream Gold and Grey Silver. Made in Portugal.

The Art of Sateen
Sateen is woven so that most of the yarn floats on the face of the cloth, passing over several threads before dipping under one. The result is a surface that catches light and feels smooth rather than crisp. Its quality depends on the yarn: Giza 92, an extra-long-staple Egyptian cotton, spins into a fine, even thread that keeps the face of a high-thread-count sateen smooth and lustrous wash after wash.
